The founding members of ACP have been pioneers of what is now widely known as the RF CMOS technology ever since its inception in the mid 1990s. With many milestone publications on gigahertz RF CMOS circuits to their credit since 1994, they were the first in the world to publish a GSM transceiver in deep submicron CMOS in 1999 and a WCDMA transceiver in 2003. Their work has been a catalyst in the adoption of the RF CMOS technology by the cellular IC industry.
